Free play
Make your own decisions without guided tasks. An optional beekeeper calendar can remind you of seasonal work; hide it in the menu whenever you prefer.
Story campaign
In development. We plan to complete it within several months.
Four seasons in the apiary
Spring
Monitor food stores and colony growth, inspect frames and add space when needed.
Summer
Follow nectar flows, manage swarming and process honey from uncapping to bottling.
Late summer and autumn
Prepare colonies for winter: top up stores, count the mite drop on the board and treat varroa.
Winter
Give the bees rest and treat them once more while they have no brood. Weather and scenery change with the seasons.
Before you start
Is the game free?
Yes. The current version is free to play in your browser. You can optionally support development from the menu.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The game runs in your browser. A computer with a keyboard and mouse is recommended.
Do I need beekeeping experience?
No. Start with guided play and use the handbook and task explanations.
Can I continue later?
Yes. The game saves in your browser as you play, and you can move a save elsewhere as a file.
Is the simulation a treatment guide for real colonies?
No. The game simplifies some processes. For real colonies, follow current professional guidance and the instructions for each authorised product.
